Sadrvox, the Sadrvox logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sadrvox or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without prior written permission from Sadrvox. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

User-Generated Content

When you submit, post, or display content on or through our platform, including portfolio materials, project submissions, assignments, comments, or other materials, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by submitting content, you grant Sadrvox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

User Content Representations

By submitting content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Sadrvox to use the content
Your content does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party intellectual property rights
Your content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful

Course Materials and Educational Content

All course materials, curricula, lesson plans, instructional videos, quizzes, tests, assignments, and other educational content provided through the Sadrvox platform are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students and users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.

Prohibited Uses of Course Materials

Users may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform course materials
Share login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals
Download or record course content for distribution or commercial purposes
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use automated systems or software to extract data or content from the platform

Student Portfolio Work

Students retain full ownership of original portfolio work created as part of course assignments and projects. Sadrvox does not claim ownership of student-created event planning portfolios, project materials, or creative work developed through our courses. Students may use their completed portfolio work for professional purposes, job applications, and personal promotion.

Sadrvox may request permission to showcase exemplary student work as examples or case studies, but will only do so with explicit consent from the student.

Copyright Infringement Claims

Sadrvox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:
